Find somewhere quiet and for 15 seconds just breathe and focus on the circle, if you have longer then repeat and be present in the stillness, the inner quiet and the calm.

This photo was taken in Tanzania, Kilimanjaro, i often image the cool air, trees rustling, bird song and distant hum of the water.
